At Modulus we have professional, chartered structural engineering staff that can carry out the structural design for your building, whether it is a new building or alterations to an existing building.
We are experienced in working with architects, builders and homeowners to produce designs that are cost-effective and practical.
Our services range from initial discussions to determine the feasibility of a project, through to the final design including the production of calculations and drawings.
With offices in Basingstoke and London, Modulus' clients are predominantly located in the South on the M3 corridor but we have also taken on projects across the UK and internationally.

Modulus offers a range of services to help you to make the most of your technical publications, including books, design guides, marketing brochures and web pages.
We provide a number of in-house training courses as well as a IStructE CM Exam preparation public course. We can also provide bespoke courses if you have specific requirements.
